We know the candidate experience in the recruiting industry can often be terrible…
As candidates ourselves we have experienced the following:
- Never hearing back from a recruiter (being ghosted)
- Being contacted for jobs we are under, over, or not at all qualified for
- Being contacted by multiple recruiters from the same company, for the same job
- Bait and switch tactics
- Long periods of time between initial recruiter contact and updates of where things stand
- Misinformation about the job role, benefits, or team
- Unclear if the role is truly remote, hybrid, or fully onsite until deeper in the process
- Travel requirement is not clearly defined, or is disclosed deeper in the process
- Being asked what our current salary is
- Having to go through our resume multiple times with recruiters from the same company
- The recruiter doesn’t know what the culture is like at the company
- Lack of making a real human connection and interaction
Who wants to deal with this when trying to earn a living?
We don’t do any of this nonsense, as we do our best to treat people the way they deserve to be treated.
